Dear my valued customer.
We regret to inform you that the arrival of some items that shipped in September has been delayed.
In Japan, The Kansai region suffered a typhoon in the first week of September. The typhoon this time caused serious damage, so Kansai International Airport has been closed, and domestic transportation for outbound and inbound international mail and parcel services has been temporarily switched from Kansai International Airport to Tokyo International airport. In that is causing confusion in logistics.
This is official information from Japan Post.
The tracking number I updated is correct, but It is delayed.
I am very sorry for the inconveniences the delayed shipment and so sorry for being late to tell you about it.
Difference between the normally procedure and this time
Our items are shipped from Kyushu in Japan.
The items that sent out from Kyushu is usually shipped to the world via Kansai International Airport.
This time, Kansai Airport was closed and switched to Tokyo Airport.
As a result, there is a postal delay in processing parcel at the Japan post office.
You can check it with "17track" etc. of the tracking-only site.
Your understanding of the current situation would be appreciated.
Please contact me anytime if you have any further concerns.
